You may return your item(s) within 5 days of the delivery date for a full refund Contact firstname.lastname@example.org and let us know which products you will be returning and include your order number. It is the responsibility of the customer to return the item(s) in the original packaging and in new, unused and undamaged condition. If you do not request a refund within 5 days of delivery, unfortunately, we cannot offer you a return outside of this time frame.
Orders must be returned to our Dubai Showroom within 5 days of delivery. If you are returning your order with a shipping carrier, you must email email@example.com to receive the address and send us a tracking number within 5 days of receiving your order.
Orders returned damaged will not be accepted

To request a return please email firstname.lastname@example.org and include the following:
Your order number Name of product(s), item number(s), and quantity of items you are returning Customer Service will respond to you with return instructions within 24 hours.
Refunds will only be made to the original form of payment.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 10 to 45 business days.
LATE OR MISSING REFUNDS
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us
If an item is considered final sale then we cannot take returns or exchanges. These items are not eligible for refunds or exchanges.
A customer can cancel their order within 24 hours. If your order has already shipped, we cannot cancel the order, but if your items are eligible for return then you can return them per our policy above
Product Availability & Returns
The Products are offered subject to availability. In case of unavailability after order placement, The Design House agrees to notify the Client via email as soon as possible. The Client may then request a substitute equivalent product or cancellation of the order by contacting client service via the address: email@example.com
