Our returns policy is 14 Days, unfortunately we can’t offer you an exchange after this period. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.

Mattress - One time exchange is allowed within 14 days subject to the condition of the mattress (it should be fresh as new). If the exchanged product value is higher than the original value buyer must pay the difference amount along with transport charge AED300 per delivery.

If the exchanged product value is lower value than the original value bed & pillows would not pay the difference to the buyer at the same time bed & pillows will charge the transport cost AED300 per delivery.

Mattress – Exchange is not applicable for the odd sizes (non-standard sizes) custom made and wrong size ordered.

Bed Frame / Divan Bed – Exchange is not applicable once installed.

Accessories – Exchange is not applicable once delivered.
