We offer free door-to-door delivery in the UAE within 4-10 days. We do not deliver on government holidays. For worldwide deliveries, we ask you to allow 7-21 business days for delivery once your items have shipped. However, our deliveries have been averaging closer to 5-7 days.

To request a return please email info@thedesignhouse.com and include the following:
Your order number Name of product(s), item number(s), and quantity of items you are returning Customer Service will respond to you with return instructions within 24 hours.
Refunds will only be made to the original form of payment.
You may return your item(s) within 5 days of the delivery date for a full refund. Contact info@thedesignhousedubai.com and let us know which products you will be returning and include your order number.
It is the responsibility of the customer to return the item(s) in the original packaging and in new, unused and undamaged condition. If you do not request a refund within 5 days of delivery, unfortunately, we cannot offer you a return outside of this time frame.
Orders must be returned to our Dubai Showroom within 5 days of delivery. If you are returning your order with a shipping carrier, you must email info@thedesignhouse.com with the tracking number within 5 days of receiving your order. You will be told the address to ship it to when you conatact us to let us know your returning an item/items

REFUNDS
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 10 to 45 business days.
LATE OR MISSING REFUNDS
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at CustomerService@bloomr.com.
SALE ITEMS
If an item is considered final sale then we cannot take returns or exchanges. These items are not eligible for refunds or exchanges.
CANCELLATIONS
A customer can cancel their order within 24 hours. If your order has already shipped, we cannot cancel the order, but if your items are eligible for return then you can return them per our policy above.
