What Items Can be Shipped Internationally?

International shipping is available on the following

Do I need to have an account to order?

No, you can also place an order as a guest. But, there are some perks if you have an account with us:

  • Quick checkout process

  • Easily view your order status and order history

  • Receive updates detailing our new releases and special promotions

 

What if I entered the wrong email address?

 

Please contact us so we can change your email address. We can change your email address, name, and address but we cannot change your order.

 

What Payment methods do you accept?

We accept all major credit cards and PayPal payments. We do not accept personal checks, money orders, direct bank transfers, debit card payments, or cash on delivery.

How secure is my online order?

When purchasing online using your credit card, all of your information is entered into an SSL secure web page. Your information is then SSL-encrypted and sent directly to our credit card provider's network, where your card and transaction is authorized and approved. Your credit card information is not stored on our servers.

 

Can I change my shipping address after placing an order?

This is not possible if the order has been processed. However, contact info@thedesignhousedubai.com and we will help you if we can.

 

What is your Returns Policy?

Each item has its own return policy. Some items are fully refundable however some items are not as they are custom made. Kindly look at the “Returns Policy” in the drop-down box below each product to see what the procedure is.

 

When will my delivery arrive?

Each item has its own specified delivery time. This information can be found below each item in the drop-down box “Standard Delivery Time”

Will I be charged customs and taxes?

Items sourced internationally may be subject to these additional charges. You can check if the item you ordered is subject to this by looking in the Delivery and Shipping section of the product.

Import taxes, duties and related customs fees may be charged once your order arrives at its final destination, as determined by your local customs office.

Payment of these charges and taxes are your responsibility and will not be covered by us. We are not responsible for delays caused by the customs department in your country. For further details of the charges, please contact your local customs office.

Can I use several discount codes in one order?

Promotion and discount codes cannot be used in conjunction with other promotions and discounts unless stated otherwise.

 

What do I do if I have missing items in my order?

If something is missing, please contact us immediately at info@thedesignhousedubai.com . Please provide your order reference number and details of missing items
